At FAE & PrimeTech Academy we teach how to assist the customer even better.

The motto of this year’s Customer Support Technical Training?

DON’T PANIC, I’M A FAE MECHANIC!

It is also thanks to its mechanics’ professionalism, skills and reliability that FAE is renowned in the world for providing an outstanding customer service. 

FAE
technical support experts at branches in Canada, Australia, Russia, France and Germany, during a week of hard work, have learned how to effectively share that knowledge and high level technical competences. 

After the “Train the trainer” course the participants have brought home theoretical and practical skills for the proper staff training – now they will inform and update FAE’s dealer network globally.

Starting from 2017, all FAE branches will organise such a training to share competences more directly in participants’ native language, providing them with a set of skills and concepts to use in order to improve even more FAE’s customer service and admit proudly:
